Week6

One of the hardest groups that I have to leave was a group that I worked with when I was in my last year of university. As a group consisting of five persons, we worked hardly to make our project looks amazing. Our group was constantly sitting together, discussing everything with an open heart, exchanging ideas that can add to our project, and gaining insights from each other.  What really an amazing about this project is that we were able to establish strong relationships that promote every one of us to do all the best so the project can be successful. Thus, it was very hard to leave the group because we were very glad about what we did, and how this project brings us together as a family. When we done from our project ,we we celebrated our progress that we did by having a lunch together, and remembering the exciting moments that we spent together during our research.
My Walden experience has provided me with many opportunities to grow and develop.  All the support, feedbacks, and the insights that I learned from my instructors and colleagues would help me to be a better educator. Therefore, it would be very sad to separate from my group at Walden University, as I will miss the group discussion, and their insights that broaden my understanding and deepen my knowledge. Therefore, adjourning is an essential stage of teamwork because it helps you  see all the positive work you did while working with your group, and build beautiful linkages of relationships that teach  us the  beautiful meaning of working  together and how the result can be amazed.

  1. Hi Bushra, I really enjoyed reading your blog. After reading it, I didn't see how we would be able to miss each other while working on our masters together, but now I see that I am going to miss my colleagues. I love how we had to give responses back on discussion and blogs. These responses actually help improve us and I really think that it has and still is an honor to have people like you and the rest of our colleagues who participate in it to help build us each and every day. Good job on your blog!

  2. Bushra,
I enjoyed your post and I concur about the support of working towards a common goal. I love working with groups that support the same ideology. I love our group as well and it was wonderful adjourning with each other giving that support and sharing the same ideas as we embark on the journey of receiving our master's degree.

  3. Hello Bushra,
I enjoyed reading what you shared about your group experience. It is a nice feeling to belong and be successful with a group. It is hard to leave such group because of the relationships that have formed and the trust that comes with working as a team. I agree with you about working with Walden colleagues, I know names from my classes and it is as if I know them. It will be hard to leave when the time comes. Thanks for sharing,
    Pam

  4. Hi Bushra,
Thank you for sharing your experience. It is so much more difficult to part with a group when it has serve as a rewarding experience. It is human nature to want to hold on to something good. I do feel better though to know that somehow our grouping in Walden comes to an end but the shared vision that we learned through Walden University will continue on.
Good luck and have a great week,
    Maria
